A build for both PvE and PvP will be somewhat weird since I'd put a lot of talents in different locations.
However as long as you do not try to raid hard stuff you can create a build which is somewhat strong in both PvE and PvP.
I'd however go for something like this
Basically thrown away those useless talents in MM like
- concussive barrage. A 4 chance to daze someone, thats is really meh
- Improved concussive shot is somewhat weak as well
- Improved stings is still worthless. Stings are not useful in PvE at all and have very limited use in PvP (and the damage of improved serpent sting still sucks, viper sting can be dispelled rather easy).
In the SV tree improved wingclip is a lot better than savage strikes. Better to be back on range easier than to crit more often in melee (we don't do much damage and are very vulnerable to melee classes as long as we are in melee range).
Improved aspect of the hawk is a really nice talent for PvE. You can however get some additional hit points for PvP when you chose 5/5 in survivalist.
Barrage and improved barrade are really nice talents both buffing your multishot by a rather good amount (useful in PvE and PvP although you cannot use it where crowd control is present, but still great when nuking single targets).
More important you need those point for other (read better talents).

SW 6/6; Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury more bag space since Oct 28
Actually its aimed for both pve and pvp.
erm your link. Its the same as mine. For what? Deterrence, imp conc and conc barrage makes me think that it's for PvP, but the build is all over the place. A lot of hunters argue that Combat Experience is a waste of points. GFTT and Monster slaying are useless in PvP.
For PvP, I think that
