It would seem that you have a roughly triangular pattern to fly.
That doesn't seem a bad way to fly as, apart from the top edge of the map, you cover quite a bit of ground.
Do something like that and fly (even if you choose to take another pattern) with a simple target macro (/target Nuramoc).
Put that in an spot where it won't get in the way and mash it as you fly.
You can fly, but level out low and keep trying to select other mobs on the ground, so you know you aren't too high.
In the event that your macro does pick up Nuramoc, drop like a stone and immediately tag him.
The rest should be up to you.
Cats looking good at the moment, I'll stick with my ghost saber (he went prowl, when I didn't expect it, the other day... and I had to rub my eyes to make sure I could still see him).I've never heard of a rare spawn that has a week respawn timer and I track them for a hobby!
The longest I'm aware of is Humar which is 10-12 hours, although I have heard Nuramoc's is slightly worse, but I'd imagine he spawns at least once per day.
You will most likely find him near one of the - Blood Elf Death Knight
Peloquin - Troll Hunter
Cenobite - Undead Warlock
Znakharka - Draenei Shaman
Rasen - Night Elf Druid

I searched for 4 days to find him.
I finally found him where spawns the most near Manaforge Duro about 64,59.
I am geared for Kara not from and when i was done taming him i was over 1/2 dead so watch out you don't agro others around you.
He is the coolest skinned IMHO and is vary powerful i named him Ragnar?k.
