In my opinion and socket everything with +8 agi. gems.
also, the PvP boots may be a nice up grade for you aswell.

Druid guys i been working on my lw and am nearthe 375, i am dragonscale specced and now am a liitle confused in which would be better

For Wrist
Ebon Netherscale Bracers vs Vindicator's Chain Bracers
For Belt
Ebon Netherscale Belt vs Vindicator's Chain Girdle
What i can see its that the ebon set gives mana /5 , but i think it losses some AP and maybe crit agains the other gear, so what do u think will work best for pve, right now we farming kara and hope to get new gear soon.
