Feral tank drops in ZA/Mag/Gruul

{ No Comment }

T4 tokens. That's about it.
Edit to add: If it's any consolation, all raid dungeons are pretty much the same for feral tanking pieces (ie. there are none). Claoks, rings, necklaces, and trinkets are about the best you can hope for. SSC trash drops the staff rated on Emmerald's list as the top feral druid staff for mitigation and it's a fairly common drop, but I learned early on that if I'm to get tanking armor from a raid dungeon, it's going to come in the form of a token.

Intensity Talent?

{ No Comment }

I've been Moonkin / Resto most of my druid life (lvl 66 at the moment), but through odds and ends quest items I've acquired a full set of mediocre melee armor, so think I would like to try out feral spec. I have a question about the talent Intensity - 3/3 generates an instant 10 rage - Is that 10 rage added to the 20 generated over 10 seconds, or does it just give you 10 up front and the remaining 10 over 10 seconds? That is a common misconception I have heard from many non-druid friends.

Druid or Paladin healer?

{ No Comment }

my experiences as healer in 5 manns with those 2 clases
pala: best singletarget healer, and with beacon of light you heal a second target at the same time. (and you can glyph to do some aoe heals pr heal to Glyph of Holy Light
challenging to heal: massive aoe on the whole party, moving fights, even with holy shock.fights with some stunns and silence could be harder with a paladin then a druid
druid: great healers with instant hot, np with aoe damage on raid or group.

Icecrown, a troll raid and unsed OS chambers.

What do kitties do for shorter rotations?

Depends on what kind of rotation. If they are chasing their tail then if they aim more towards the middle of their tail rather than the tip their spin will be a bit shorter and more compact.
You can of course help them along by getting a pottery wheel, duct taping them to it, and spinning them yourself. This results in a much short and faster rotation than a kitty can offer itself.
With that said I have absolutely

pet bonus question

{ No Comment }

hey quick question, do the pets gain bonuses from your total stats or just the modifiers on your gear? I.e. If i had absolutely no str boosting gear on, would my pet still get a boost from my regular stats or does it have to be gear bonuses?
do they get bonuses to their HP and stuff as well?
side question... is it just me or is str pretty worthless to a hunter? they only get 1 melee attack power per point. Even going melee only you get the same point from agility, but with the

Melee Hunter?

just some idea i was toying with..
and i wondered if anyone ever tried it (except for the newbs that go melee....)
i mean seriously gearing and speccing for melee.
so with heavy strength and stamina to be able to survive a lot. and having an offensive pet with cower next to you that has great profit from your extra strength.
it will be just for fun, and i wonder how effective it can get, running in whilst getting imp. mark > arcane shot > sting in and then beat thecrap

The best way to earn money

{ No Comment }

If you mean grinding money I've never fancied it. But the STV cats drop some really nice whiskers for selling. I suppose you could farm some nice gold there but I'm also sure there are much better places. I just notice their sell price when I quest there to lvl up.
As far a proffessions go I'd say Mining and Skinning. It's very dependant on server tho.
My favourite pet is cat... closely followed by ravager. (Az has actually asked not to ask such things in the FAQ)

Just turned level 10, so what’s the best pet?

{ No Comment }

Owl, had my SpiderMonkey sence level 10 and never regreted it.
Really it is just a matter of preference (what animal do you want following you around all day?). Sure some pets might have a few more HP or DPS but it is beary noticable in the early levels. Go with what looks best, when you hit 70 and start radeing then you can worry about what type of pet you need.
